Maintaining School Networks
Our engineers will endeavour to keep your network running smoothly, no matter the size. We have experience with all RM network types, including Community Connect 4, as well as EISNet and vanilla Windows networks.
Installing Software
We can install and configure software on just one PC, or across your entire network, as required including building packages for RM CC3 & 4 networks.
Troubleshooting ICT Problems
We are experienced in dealing with all manner of problems that crop up in a school ICT environment. Each engineer has the full support and knowledge of our whole team at ZuLogic to draw on, allowing them to resolve any issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Training Staff
All aspects of ICT related training can be provided. This can be instruction in the use of equipment such as visualisers and digital microscopes, or lessons in how to use various software programs.
Laptop and PC supply
We can build PCs to fit your specification and budgetary needs, and if you wish, we can even install them for you – including connecting them to your existing network. These PCs are fully covered with 1 year’s onsite warranty.
Procurement
We can source and supply ICT equipment to your school as needed, saving you time and making sure you get the things that are right for you. We can either arrange for the school to invoiced directly or simply add the cost of any purchases to your next invoice.
Setting Up ICT Equipment
ICT does not just cover computers, but a myriad of extras that connect to it in some way. Whether it be a digital microscope, LogIT Lab, or just a printer, we can get it set up and working for you.
Web Development
A large part of the day to day business of ZuLogic is the design and creation of websites for schools. Our engineers are trained in the key elements of web design and creation and such are able to make changes to your website as a part of our support service. Remote Support
It may not always be necessary for an engineer to be onsite in order to fix a problem. In many cases, we will be able to help you over the phone, or, if necessary, logging into your system remotely to resolve your problem – whilst you watch! This allows us to be there when you need the help – not two days later.
Projector Maintenance
Projectors seem to attract dust like no other piece of equipment, and that dust can cause overheating and shorten the life of the projector. We can provide regular cleaning of filters, plus bulb replacement and projector realignment as needed.
